A French-American eatery in Austin’s Rosedale, with cosy rustic vibes, additional gourmet grocery store and a sizable beer and wine list.
Épicerie is first and foremost a restaurant, with an attached small gourmet grocery store selling delicious artisanal cheeses and chocolates. The bright, sunny little place is tucked away in a European-style ivy clad bungalow. The small but excellent bistro style menu features sandwiches, soups and more. Instead of a traditional full-service dining model, Épicerie opts for more casual counter-service – making you feel like you are in someone’s Parisian kitchen. Be warned, this style does slow things down a bit, so make sure you order carefully when you get to the counter.
