Chef Paras Shah’s first time leading a kitchen after working at restaurants like Per Se and Momofuku Noodle Bar and he’s killing the game.
First of all, the space is seriously unique with huge booths and dark brick, but also a huge industrial bar with metal beams that curve down the brick wall. Huge sleek booths face opposite the kitchen for a peek into food prep. Speaking of the bar, don’t let yourself miss out. They have excellent beer on tap, Mediterranean wines, and spot on cocktails. The food is American with Mediterranean influence, like their Arctic Char with black olive, ‘melted’ fennel, and orange sabayon.
