Bloody Mary Mix Vodka
2 Dashes Celery Bitters
1 Spoon of Horseradish
1 Lemon Wedge
1 Dash Worcestershire
2 Dashes Tabasco
For the Garnish:
Bacon Wrapped Roasted Jalapeño
Pepper Jack Cheese
Roasted Brussel Sprout
English Burger Slider (Beef Patty Topped With Caramelized Onions And Blue Cheese On A Grilled Brioche Bun)
For the Bloody Mary: In a pint glass with ice, fill half full of vodka and half bloody mary mix.
Add celery bitters, horseradish, Worcestershire, and Tabasco.
Squeeze lemon wedge and add to side of glass.
Pour in shaker and shake, pour back in pint glass.
For the Garnish: The Bloody Royale comes garnished with a bacon salt rim, A celery stalk carrying an onion ring, a skewer through a green olive, a pickle spear, a bacon wrapped roasted jalapeño, pickled tomatillo, pepper jack cheese, a roasted brussels sprout and an english burger slider which is a beef patty topped with caramelized onions and blue cheese on a grilled brioche bun.
This idea stems from another restaurant we owned where we had a make your own Bloody Mary bar. Instead of repeating that concept which everyone does we thought we’d make the Bloody Mary for you, the way we would have wanted one, with everything and the kitchen sink!
